About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accounts Executive to join our dynamic commercial team at Far and Beyond. This role is ideal for candidates who are able to demonstrate solid relationship building, teamworking and presentation skills. A background in client/customer facing roles or experience in either events, brand agencies, or in account management is advantageous but not essential. The successful candidate will assist in account management and new business development by creating impactful presentations, coordinating client communications, and supporting various projects. A proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail are essential for this position.
Responsibilities
Client facing role acting as the Far and Beyond representative across our project portfolio
Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through effective communication and timely responses to inquiries
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to create visually engaging presentations for client pitches and project proposals, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines
Write and maintain new case studies for projects, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately reflected on the website
In line with the commercial strategy, reach out for prospective new business opportunities across the industry: Music, TV, Brand activation, Sports, Corporate, etc
Support the management of project timelines and deliverables, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to a high standard
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new business development
Handle administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and maintaining accurate client records and documentation
Work closely with internal project teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and client expectations
On occasion: Fulfil roles onsite across our project portfolio (i.e. Guest List Coordinator, Artist Liaison Coordinator)
All work should be completed to a high standard and in line with Far and Beyond’s brand guidelines, utilising templates, logos and company fonts across all documentation
Reports into Head of Commercial, but may also take direction from the Managing Director and Leadership team (as well as the various Project Managers when working on project-based roles)
Requirements
Minimum of one years experience of working in a similar role OR the ability to demonstrate strong relationship-building skills with peers at all levels
Candidates should also exhibit effective teamwork and presentation abilities, gained through either professional or educational experiences
A keen commercial eye and attention to detail
Excellent people skills, with the ability to talk to clients and stakeholders in a consultative manner and develop long-term relationships
Proactive / self-starter with lots of initiative
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think strategically, identify trends, and develop innovative approaches to navigate the event industry landscape
A collaborative attitude, with demonstrated enthusiasm for teamwork, with a history of effectively collaborating across departments, sharing insights, and collectively contributing to achieving broader organisational goals
Willingness to travel as required
Knowledge of any design tools is a plus
Salary
£25,000 per annum

Location
Working from our London office (central) 5 days a week with occasional working from home; but travel as required for projects and meetings
Working Hours
Generally Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm, and extra hours as needed
There might be onsite work required within this role. Onsite hours vary in length (this can also include weekends)
